Your accessories are handmade to order with love and care, using the finest materials. To ensure they look their best and last a lifetime please follow our suggestions below

Hair Accessories & Earrings

Store your hair accessories and/or earrings in the box and tissue paper provided

Try to avoid hairspray or other hair products making contact with your accessories as this can tarnish the plating over time

Avoid displaying your accessories in direct sunlight for prolonged periods as this can tarnish the plating over time

To remove makeup transfer on ceramic earrings/ hair accessories use a cotton bud with a small amount of water and rub away the makeup gently. Allow your accessories to dry fully before returning to the box

Veils

We reccommend steaming your veil when you receive it and storing it in a garment bag. You can store it in the same bag as your dress unless your dress is heavily embellished as this could cause pulls on the veil.

A steamer is preferable to an iron. If you are using an iron ensure it is on a low heat setting and place a clean piece of fabric (i.e. pillowcase) on top of the veil as you iron to protect the delicate fabric. Do not directly steam or iron the embellishments on the Arlo, Claremont, Pippa and Olivia Veils. Gently steam/ iron around these areas.

After your wedding day, we advise dry cleaning your veil and storing it back in the box and tissue paper provided
